Abstract. In secondary education institutes regular opportunities for students with visual impairments are limited, as in some schools lack the resources needed to address this dysfunction. In the near future computers will permeate the classrooms of secondary and will be the mainstay and a half of work, but this, is it beneficial or will another obstacle for blind students?
problems of Internet access by such persons are infinite because the network is not adapted to their needs, therefore, before the full implementation of computers in classrooms should be created and developed programs that technologies can play an important role for the benefit of blind students.
Given the wide range of tools that provides internet, our proposed research focuses on the creation of sound educational content and easy access in which to integrate all the content of the curriculum reproduced orally. Thus, the student will acquire greater autonomy in learning, since the end of the sessions in the classroom, you can continue studying and working from home.
