After spending some time at the computer looking for a webquest on language and literature, I was particularly struck by one dedicated to centenary of the birth of Miguel Hernández . This is a very organized site with a variety of tasks aimed at building a Gloster on the life and work of poet Orihuela. To carry out the activities the students have a series of links located in the Resource tab, which will: the search for information literary, poetic and historical, the creation chronological axis of the highlights of the author, etc. Two of the tasks that I have found most interesting are:
- The creation of a dictionary Hernandiana in which students must select thirty terms that characterize the writer, define, justify why they have chosen and make a mix of them with the tool wordle.
- Developing calligrams. Thinking of our future profession, I consider this webquest can be interesting if we introduce ICTs in our classes, it can help us think about new ideas for use in the classroom. It is also worth visiting links resource page because they appear tutorials on how to create Gloster and other teaching tools that can be very useful.
