Webquest Miguel Hernández

After spending some time at the computer looking for a webquest on language and literature, I was particularly struck by one dedicated to centenary of the birth of Miguel Hernández . This is a very organized site with a variety of tasks aimed at building a Gloster on the life and work of poet Orihuela. To carry out the activities the students have a series of links located in the Resource tab, which will: the search for information literary, poetic and historical, the creation chronological axis of the highlights of the author, etc. Two of the tasks that I have found most interesting are:
- The creation of a dictionary Hernandiana in which students must select thirty terms that characterize the writer, define, justify why they have chosen and make a mix of them with the tool wordle.
- Developing calligrams.

Thinking of our future profession, I consider this webquest can be interesting if we introduce ICTs in our classes, it can help us think about new ideas for use in the classroom. It is also worth visiting links resource page because they appear tutorials on how to create Gloster and other teaching tools that can be very useful.

Education "in 2030? Journey to the future

Today I am critical ...

How will education in 2030? What a mess in 2050? Will remain a mess as long as it does not become a political pillar. It's hard, but probable. Education is not some turkey and if we follow the same line of tumbling, there emerge from this maelstrom that leads nowhere.
And the teacher? Much to my dismay, the teacher will still be boring and monotonous to follow the manual from beginning to pa. Sad, but what you gonna do? The holiday season draw a lot, and it seems that many are calling to forget, or worse, never reaches them. Would stay away from the centers 'intruders' not worried by those opposite, who do nothing but watch the clock and counting the days to get the next bridge.
What would I like? That is another matter. Remember here a reflection of a teacher I admire: "I can only say that I come to work happy." This is the foundation of all, enjoy working as teachers, have educational ambitions evolve every day. Surely that attitude can spreading the same spirit of passion for the work to students.
I would like the classroom was a world of possibilities!!
say that if you want something hard, you can meet.

Lorraine Hansberry's Timeline

euphoria still remember the afternoon of November 2, 1994. I was playing with my dog \u200b\u200bwhen my grandfather Manuel Belch called me and told me their precious secret. We went up to the camera in your home, a dark place with an incredible smell of freshly baked bread. After dodging several sacks of flour, my eyes were dazzled by the appearance of a large metal contraption with lots of buttons. At first I thought it was a new invention for baking bread, but I was wrong, I was faced with a time machine. My thin fingers struck several keys by dialing a random number, 2030. I entered into the machine and my grandfather turned with a vengeance a device similar to a rudder.
When I opened my eyes I stood before a group of teens reading a paper book and pass on the pleasure of reading. Of course, not all had books, some read through some strange devices they called the e-books, but after all, our eyes roamed the same words.
To my surprise, after finishing reading all opened up their computers and the board had disappeared. He wore green waxed my teacher at school had been replaced by a white panel that was connected to the Internet and which could be more creative activities. I liked the new board, but would they have gone the pens and notebooks to class? Handwriting would know "students?
Suddenly, a student who had forgotten to charge the battery in your computer at home, took out a notebook and several pens in his backpack. Of course, it only had been in a couple of books and snacks for recess, his back and could not bear much weight because the whole agenda appeared in the so-called digital whiteboard and students they had in their computers. The confused student set out to write in his notebook the duties, ended early, so he wrote on a piece of paper a love note and threw it to one of her classmates Uff ... thank goodness! The computer I see both these customs have disappeared.

Can Can Chicken Broth Expire/

3X1 (Blog of teaching, webquest and Congress)

If I said that I have visited thousands of teaching posts would be lying, but I recognize that among the possibilities I have referred to the Internet, http://tictiza.blogspot.com/ has totally captivated me. In fact, this site revolves around the lyric and focuses on Angel figures Gonzalez, Jose Hierro, Pablo Neruda, Luis Cernuda, Miguel Hernandez and our near some poets. So far, nothing new, but the fact of using GLOGs as a tool, and gives way to a more creative and fun game in the literature. For those not familiar with the term, simply add that it is an interactive tool, as a collage or digital mural, which allows using different texts, fonts, images, sounds and video.
Also at that same site you can find other tools of interest: newspapers, dictionaries, diagrams, concept maps, resources tics, webquest and what my favorite hobbies (I could not avoid play a game).

And while I'm here, talking about poets and ICT (I have left a couplet unconsciously) I offer a miniwebquest on Pedro Salinas (not the brother of Julio Salinas, soccer, nor is looking for the keys and say Andrés Montes). I admit: I loved the way the author of this webquest (Javier González Rovira? José, is close relative?) Has tried to convince students to come closer to poetry and literature of the generation of 27 . I leave you with your introduction. Words fail

"Imagine, as someone has said, Pedro Salinas is perhaps the most important English loving poet of the twentieth century. And as you conquer that person you like, but which you dare not say anything, you thought that perhaps a gift, along with a few pages, can serve to notice you, indirectly, to declare your feelings. Thus you will meet this author, read a few poems of the same and you will choose the ones you like. See if you're lucky and the poet becomes the bridge that joins you. "

What do you think? Who said learning link literature and at the same time they were not compatible? At least, introverts and shy like me, have a viable education Viva!

For conferences, continuing my sincere vein, I can not propose any, among other things, because I hate. Endless hours of lectures, often pedantic and meaningless. If anything I went to a conference because the issue has been interested in me or because he knew the speaker.
